Program Description and Objectives

  • You will learn about Colorado fraud prevention programs from the Colorado Attorney General
  • You will learn about elder financial exploitation
  • You will learn about regulatory aspects of securities fraud
  • You will learn about making critical, high-stakes decisions and solving complex problems impacting our society.

CPE Credit – 16 hours

Delivery Method – Group Live and Virtual

Recommended field of study –  NASBA 12 CPE Specialized Knowledge – Non-Technical and 4 CPE Behavioral Ethics/ACFE  12 CPE Fraud Prevention Programs, Elder fraud, Healthcare fraud, Securities fraud, Insurance fraud and 4 CPE ethics

Refund policy/cancellation policy – To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received no later than 5:00 pm Thursday, October 17, 2024.  Cancellations after that will incur a $150 fee.  If you are unable to attend the meeting – please feel free to substitute an associate or friend in your place. If you are a member and they are not a member – your guest will be charged the difference between the member and guest fee.  If you don’t attend the meeting, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. We have to pay our vendors and caterers for all that signed up whether or not they attend. We appreciate your understanding. We shall waive this requirement only for verifiable emergencies.
